Why G&E?

Most 3PLs struggle with preventable issues, mis-ships, damages, unclear communication, and constant fire drills. These failures usually stem from inherited processes no one truly owns, patched together over time.

G&E was built differently.

Our warehouse systems were engineered from the ground up. Every workflow was designed, tested, refined, and stress-tested again , owned and continuously monitored and improved.

With nearly three decades of combined execution in high-pressure global military and government logistics, we operate to a standard few are accustomed to. For nearly fifteen years, we’ve applied that same discipline to commercial supply chains.

We don’t wait for problems to surface. We identify risk early, often months in advance so you can adjust strategy before issues materialize. We never get ready we stay ready for the barrage of volume our customers will throw at us.

You get faster, clearer communication. Proactive recommendations. Measurable efficiency gains and cost savings across your supply chain. We don’t outsource thinking or delegate accountability. We design, pressure-test, and own our systems end-to-end.

When leadership is shaped in environments where logistics hiccups carry real consequences, operations are built to a higher standard.

G&E remains predictable, scalable, and under control.

Our Values and the
"Rules We Live By"

We run by clear standards because clean execution doesn't happen by accident. These rules keep the operation controlled, protect accuracy, and keep performance consistent when volume spikes. When everyone follows the same playbook, results don't depend on improvisation, they're repeatable.

01

Standards

We define the rules and run by them. Standards align the operation — standards ensure execution never depends on personalities or guesswork.

02

Discipline

We follow the playbook every time. Discipline is doing the basics the same way — especially when it's slow, busy, or inconvenient. That's how a multi-client operation stays clean instead of turning into chaos.

03

Precision

Details decide outcomes. We track, confirm, and label with intention so inventory stays accurate and orders go out right. Precision is how units don't disappear and product doesn't get mishandled.

04

Stewardship

Our execution is never at the expense of others. We protect our people and operations while running economically sound systems that keep performance consistent and sustainable.

  • I am the Founder and CEO of Zim Cares, a national marketing and engagement company. We execute large-scale, brand-funded programs involving the distribution of custom kits to more than 50,000 schools nationwide, working with clients such as Nike, Mattel, Hasbro, and other Fortune 500 companies.

Our programs require highly manual assembly under tight and constantly changing timelines. Having worked with many providers, G&E stands out for its agility and consistent execution.

Demanding Clients, materials arriving unpredictably, and tight timelines leave no margin for error. G&E adapts quickly, solves problems in real time. Over more than 10 years working together, there has not been a single issue.

Anyone can pack and ship. It takes a true partner to perform when conditions change and deadlines do not. G&E has proven to be that partner.

  • “WOW I cannot get over how easy it is to deal with the team and systems. It’s a stark contrast to what I’ve experienced with previous 3PLs. When I was about to run out of stock, you got an SPD shipment out the same day something that would normally take four business days at the other 3PL. I’m so impressed and extremely grateful… I’m very happy we were introduced and I’m looking forward to an ongoing business relationship. I think you’re amazing.”
